Parameters Tab
The Parameters tab opens a screen to configure the default report parameter fields when automatically generating this report, such as organization unit.

Enter the values that should be used each time the report is automatically generated.

Fields with an asterisk are required and must be filled in.

Date fields can be either be set up with a specific Fixed Date as one of the parameters for the report, or they can be set up with a Days from Execution Date value to indicate a rolling date, relative to the current date.

The report parameters will be different for each report.

Fixed Date
When the Fixed Date option is selected, the report will use the date entered in the field as the literal date. For example, if the Start Date is set as 01/01/09, the report will always be generated with January 1, 2009 as the beginning date of the range to be included.
Days From Execution Date
When the Days From Execution Date option is selected, the system calculates which day the report is run for (the "execution date") relative to the current date. The execution date can be the same as the current date, or it can be a certain number of days before or after the current date.
For example,

To run the report for the current date, enter 0

To run the report for the next day's (tomorrow's) information, enter 1

To run the report for three days in the future, enter 3

To run the report for the previous day's (yesterday's) information, enter -1

To run the report for seven days in the past, enter -7
