Staffing Templates

This report lists all the staffing templates created for the selected organization unit, showing the staffing needs set up for each coverage period/profile combination. Each template is listed on a separate page.

Headings are by organization unit and then staffing template name. Fields display a grid showing the coverage period, profile code, week of the template, staffing level for each day of the week for the selected week.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Organization Unit: Enter the organization unit (and its children) to include in this report.

• Show Inactive: Indicate whether to include those staffing templates that are no longer active (Yes/No).

• Group By: Select whether the grid should show the staffing needs grouped first by profile and then coverage period, or first by coverage period and then profile.
