Assignment General Listing

This report lists the assignment codes that meet the entered criteria of Classification, Assignment Source, and Home Distribution. When the Show Details parameter is set to Yes, additional details about both the Assignment Source and the Assignment Code are displayed.

If the Show Detail parameter is set to Yes, the report also includes additional details about the assignment source, including the Calculation Rules, Calculation indicators, Calculation Exceptions. The details for the assignment code includes the selection criteria, the indicators, parameters and special codes assigned to this assignment.

If there is no assignment code that matches the combination of Assignment Source Classification, Home Distribution and Assignment Source parameters entered, a message is generated in the right pane that this is not a valid combination to generate a report:

Report parameters include the following options:

The assignment source classification and source code information to select an assignment.
Whether to include all assignment codes (by leaving this field blank) or select a specific code.
Whether the assignment is based on an employee's home distribution (Yes/No).
- When this value is set to Yes, this assignment pertains to the employee's Home labor distribution.
- When this value is set to No, this assignment pertains to the employee's Worked labor distribution.
Whether to show additional details.
