Viewing Event Subscription Messages
When an event occurs that generates a message, the employees are notified by the following:

On the badge reader, a window is displayed that informs employees when they have Warning or Critical messages. They can then Ignore (Warning or Informational only) or View Messages. If they select View Messages it takes them to the Employee Self Service (ESS) messages section.

In the portal, a Message is displayed on (if it's unread) or in .

Click the folder icon to open the record and view the details.

In the other related screens in the portal, a warning message is displayed if the employee is locked out, such as in the employee Transaction Grid or when trying to add a clocking in the Add Clocking screen in the employee record.
