Organization Unit Hours by Grant

This report shows organization unit hours by grant for the indicated date range.

The report is sorted by grant code and then by trunk/branch and leaf organization unit levels. The grant heading includes the grant code, description, and grant number. The organization unit headings include the code and description.

The fields include the dates and the employee hours assigned to each date. The hours are subtotaled by leaf organization unit, then by branch organization unit, then trunk organization unit, and finally totaled by grant.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The start and end dates of the range of the transactions to include in the report.

• Whether to Include Retro Pay Adjustments (Yes/No).

• Whether to include all grant codes (by leaving the field blank) or select a grant code from the Field Look Up Values on the right.
